Together, we would find out the suitable strategies to cope with difficult feelings by trying ways, such as Mindfulness breathing, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy Imagery exercise for processing anxiety.
I also work with you to replace the negative thinking and behaviors with the adjusting ones by Cognitive Behavior Therapy. With the eclectic approach, I endeavor to understand you as a whole person by exploring your life story from the Psychodynamic angle and seeing your efforts, struggles, and longings.
